Language and Nationhood in Africa Societies

I am not happy that this course is a distance course but all the same, it is very enlightening as I have learnt a lot about the importance of languages and language policies in the education of children and adults especially in Africa.

Thanks to the lecturer Asa Wedin who is ever ready to answer and reply to my many emails. I really learnt a lot from authors like Pennycook, Bamgbose, Rubagumya, Chimbutane, and Torres.
Africa and Africans need to understand that language is one of the problems we face in Africa but policies and political will can help to change the problems to a success in our educational sector for a successful and excellent academic performance of the younger generation. Tack!
